After two years with virtual Infinica Days, the time had finally come at the beginning of September and we were able to meet again personally with customers, partners, interested parties and friends in Vienna on the occasion of our annual event. Infinica Day has a long tradition and is a fixed point of our financial year. After all, it is always a welcome opportunity to gain valuable insights into our company and to exchange ideas with like-minded people. At the same time, Infinica Day is always an ideal opportunity to review the past few months.

In addition to the exchange and product updates, the focus of the event was of course on specialist lectures and customer presentations. This year we had a perfect mix around the topic of Customer Communication Management.

Our Managing Director Herbert Liebl opened the day with a greeting and the progress we have made as a company with our products in recent months. Thanks to another successful year, there was a lot to tell.

After a short break, the guests were divided into two lecture sessions, each of which was tailored to customers and interested parties. This was the perfect opportunity to address the product managers with questions and wishes, or to get to know our solutions better.

This was followed by a whole series of highly topical lectures by our customers and partners, such as the company AWS, where Alexander Wrona, made the beginning and together with our colleague Thomas Thonhofer shed light on the topic of AWS Cloud Service in the CCM environment. We continued with June, the legal tech company that uses our software to support customers in the operational implementation of major legal projects. The BDO Digital showed possibilities for a migration from DOPIX and how best to proceed.

Afterwards, Dr. Tobias Baum from SET presented the next evolutionary stage of documents based on 'semantic web' technologies.

DB Systel, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn, which provided guests with exclusive insights into the use of our software in The Salesforce environment of Deutsche Bahn, continued with a forward-looking approach. A comprehensive overview of the use of electronic signatures in interactive document creation was provided by Namirial and was actively supported by our Infinica colleagues.

In addition, Enrico Celotto from Doxee and Herbert Liebl addressed the role of videos in customer communication in the future.

With lively discussions and relaxed conversations, the participants let the Infinica Day come to an end and enjoyed the fantastic sunset over Vienna with a sundowner.

The enormous visitor interest has clearly shown that after the years in which online events dominated, there is again an even greater need for personal discussions and joint exchange with industry experts.

A heartfelt thank you to our customers and partners for their continued trust and support, without which we would not be able to remain so successful on our growth course.

We are already looking forward to the next Infinica Day!
